The Rose Bay Apartments draw inspiration from Farnsworth House by Mies van der Rohe.
The project comprises of three new apartments that form a sensitive and fitting addition to the heritage residence at the front of the property. The design features repetitive modules based on a five metre grid, which are expressed in stone cladding and timber window elements.

Expansive floor to ceiling windows with expressed horizontal slabs and extended open decks are reminiscent of its architectural inspiration and is sympathetic to its heritage value. All areas including the open plan living area, kitchen and dining, as well as the bedrooms, are in immediate experience with nature with the opening of a door or a window, adding to the serene character of this elegant Rose Bay project.
