The Residences is a high-quality seniors living development located in Bondi’s Lifestyle Manor Estate. Both the architecture and the interiors have been designed by MHN DESIGN UNION, further showcasing our collaborative attitude and complementary design sensibilities.
The architecture is timeless, utilising simple forms and small scaled repetitive elements to create subtle variations in the facades. The impression is a row of terrace houses cast in a contemporary style.
The apartment interiors have been designed with a calm finishes palette to create a sense of luxury and sophistication as desired by the community.
