Lamrock

Lamrock Avenue is a boutique multi-unit development comprising 4 luxury apartments at the shore of Bondi Beach.

The architectural concept was to retain the charm of the existing structure whilst adding a contemporary addition in keeping with the pitch form character of the street. This was achieved by retaining the existing façade and elevating the form of the roof an additional storey. This new offset form has been designed to deliberately  contrast to the stark white masonry walls which address the street.
