Palomar

Palomar marks the considered reimagining of an existing Spanish Mission building into a contemporary apartment residence of distinction.

Working closely with RnB Property, our design preserves the character and rhythm of the original facade while refining its proportions and detailing to meet modern expectations of light, space and material integrity. The result is an architecture defined by its arched bronze openings, crafted stonework and Moroccan lattice detailing – elements that bring depth and permanence to the building’s renewed form.

Resolving a complex series of L&E Court challenges, Palomar now stands as an enduring expression of collaboration and architectural restraint, balancing heritage resonance with contemporary form.
