In Palomar, MHNDU and RnB property have taken the opportunity to create an apartment project of real character and elegance.

Replacing and updating this unusual Spanish mission building in Vaucluse involved a series of challenging L&E Court cases, during which the close collaboration of client, planner and architect was key.

A striking reimagination of the existing building on site, the detailed stonework, Moroccan lattice and arched bronze openings of Palomar evoke the timeless romance of exotic Mediterranean locations that have stirred our collective imagination for centuries.
