The Hub

Centered at the heart of Bondi Junction, the Hub consists of five shops at street level with twenty apartments above.

The project is divided into five levels above ground and two basement levels. The ground floor has shops sited next to busy and well established businesses, and apartments above decked with landscaped terraces overlooking Centennial Park and the Blue Mountains beyond.

By adopting a design approach which responds to the various development controls and site opportunities, the Hub fits into the existing context and substantially improves the streetscape. It is a prime mixed use example of urban consolidation in the Bondi Junction area.

A publicly accessible through site link joins Bronte Road and Donald Place. Together with the footpath works, the public domain has been greatly enhanced by the developer.
