In an area experiencing significant high rise densification, Sapphire Apartments offer a serene sense of urban habitation. It provides an appropriate scale with a sophisticated form, while optimising solar access and cross ventilation.

The roof line appears as a ‘floating’ roof from the street. Balconies are projected in clean lines and elegant boxes. Tall vertical blades provide privacy and encapsulate warm tones and earthly textures. The combination of the textured façade treatments create articulation and add depth to the overall appearance from the streetscape.

Designed to be seen in the round, Sapphire Apartments provide a controlled and considered intervention to an infill site, and is a strong and positive contribution to Waverley Street.
