Encore

Encore is designed to be part of Bondi Junction’s revitalisation as a sustainable and vibrant mixed use zone on the southern portion of Oxford Street. It involves the redevelopment of the existing two storey street façade of varying character into a three storey podium that aligns with the street.

The new residential tower benefits from a compact plan with a single central residential core which allows 50% of all apartments within the tower to maintain a north aspect, both improving solar access and eliminating long internal corridors. Apartments enjoy high levels of control over their thermal comfort and minimised reliance on mechanical ventilation, heating and cooling.
